Stay Clear of an Occupied Runway Strip
Don't enter the runway strip while the runway is in use – hold abeam the holding point signs – and don't land until the strip is clear; go around if it isn't.

The runway strip is defined as:
a defined area including the runway, and stopway (if a stopway is provided), that is intended— (1) to reduce the risk of damage to an aircraft running off the runway; and (2) to provide obstacle protection for aircraft flying over the runway strip during take-off or landing operations.
Do not enter the runway strip while the runway is occupied by an aircraft taking off or landing. Hold outside the strip at the designated holding points (e.g. C, E, A1) until the runway is clear – that means holding abeam the signs, not past them.
The same applies when landing: the runway strip must be unoccupied when you land. Wait for the preceding aircraft to clear onto Alpha, and go around if it doesn't.
The runway strip boundary is shown by the dashed line on the Paraparaumu aerodrome ground chart in AIP New Zealand.
